So what we know is that curry in the western world means Indian.
You will often eat in a curry house in the west thinking it is Indian but this will only apply about 50% of the time (on many occasions it may well be from Pakistan or Bangladesh for example).
Many countries have historic links with many other countries and of course they also have their own version of curry. Not only that India itself is a huge country with many languages and each region has its own style.
Then you have West Indian, African, Sri Lankan, Asian and Middle Eastern curries as well as many other regions of the world to contend with.
Within our website we will touch on many of these different regions of the world and step by step cook our way through a few favourites from the four corners of the world of curry.
We also have lots of videos and recipes from many other people who we think are “Great” cooks.
So if you want to know “How to cook great” then jump in, get involved and most importantly have fun and enjoy…
Our first rule of curry is… We do not buy curry powder – WE MAKE IT!
