Aloo tikki

250g – potato
15g – green chilli (chopped)
20g – green coriander (chopped)
Salt to taste
5g – garam masala powder
2.5 g – red chilli powder
Refined oil for shallow fry
Directions
In a pan of water, boil potato, when done drain
Mash it along with chopped green chilli and green coriander.
Divide into eight balls and press between palms.
Shallow fry until golden brown
