Badam gulkand burfi

1 kg badam/almond
1/2 kg gulkand
700gm sugar
550ml water
Directions
Soak badam in heated water foe a while.
Peel and prepare a paste.
Prepare sugar syrup of single thread consistency.
Mix gulkand with sugar syrup.
Add 250 gm of badam paste to above paste until it becomes a thick mixture.
On a serving tray rub some ghee.
Pour a thin layer of badmam-gulkand paste.
Allow to cool and cut into pieces.
