Beans Curry

1/2 Kg – beans
1/2 Kg – carrot
1 cup – finely sliced onion
1 cup – finely cut tomato
1 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
1 1/2 tsp – ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
Directions
Cut the beans and carrot into thin long pieces and boil them.
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a kadai and sauté the onions.
Add the tomato and ginger garlic paste.
Add the beans and carrot once the tomatoes are cooked.
Add chilli powder and salt and carry on cooking for 3 minutes.
