Beet Root Buttermilk

250 g – sweet curd
3 – raw beetroot
salt as per taste
2 tsp – chaat masala
1 cup – coriander leaves
Directions
Peel and chop the beetroot into small pieces.
Soak them in 3 cups of water for 15 minutes.
Until water turns red.
Strain this red water and add it to the curd
Add salt, chaat masala and coriander leaves to the curd and water mixture.
With a hand mixer mix well.
