Besan Fudge

1/2 cup – gram flour/besan
1/2 cup – milk
1/2 cup – ghee
1cups – sugar
Directions
Heat a kadai on a low heat.
Add all the ingredients, stirring continuously
When mixture starts hardening and you see the crystallisation of sugar beginning at the sides of the pan. Switch of the heat
Stir the mixture 3- 4 times after switching off and immediately transfer the mixture into a greased plate.
Allow to cool before cutting into desired shape.
