Besan ke cheele

1&1/2 cups – gram flour/besan
1&1/2 medium – onion, chopped fine
2 medium – tomatoes, chopped fine
1/2 cup – wheat flour
2-3 – green chillies, chopped
10 – curry leaves, chopped
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp – turmeric/haldi powder
1 tsp – roasted cumin/jeera powder
2 pinches – soda
Green chutney to serve
Directions
In a big bowl, add besan and wheat flour and mix well.
Now add salt, soda, onions, tomatoes, green chillies, curry leaves, jeera powder, haldi and mix well.
Pour a little water in the mixture and mix well making sure there are know lumps.
Keep aside for 30 minutes.
Heat a pan and pour 2 tsp of olive oil.
Pour a small bowlful of mixture on the pan and spread it with a spoon.
Cook it on medium flame for 3-4 minutes
Turn the chila over and cook on the other side too.
