Besan methi

1 – bundle of green methi vegetable
2 tbsp – besan (gram flour)
1 – onion
1 – tomato
1/2 tsp – salt
1/2 tsp – coriander powder
1/2 tsp – turmeric powder
Directions
Wash and cut the green methi leaves.
On a low heat in a little oil roast the besan and remove it to a plate
In the same pan add a little more oil, add the onions.
When the onions turn golden put in tomatoes and masalas, fry for a while then pour in the green veg. Cover it and continue cooking.
When the vegetables are half done put in the roasted besan and cook for a while longer.
