Besan puri

1 cup – wheat flour
1 cup – besan (Bengal gram dal powder)
1 tsp – sesame
1 tsp – jeera
2 tsp – ajwainv 2 tsp – curd
2 tsp – red chilli powder
2 tsp – coriander leaves
pinch of turmeric
salt to taste and oil for frying
Directions
Take 1 cup wheat flour; add salt.
Add 2 tsp oil and enough water to make dough as you would make for chappatis and keep aside.
Take 1 cup of besan in a bowl; add seasame, chilli powder, jeera, ajwain, salt, coriander leaves and yogurt.
Make dough with a little water.
Make small puris of the wheat flour dough, stuff with the besan filling and roll into make puris.
Heat oil in a pan and fry until brown in colour.
