Bihari Kabab

1/2 Kg. beef Pasanday (filets)
2 tbs. unripe papaya (grinded)
1 tsp ginger (Adrak) paste
2 tsp garlic (Lehsan) paste
1 tsp. salt (according to taste)
2 tbs. yogurt
1 tsp chilli (Lal Mirch) powder OR 1 tbs. chopped green chilies
1 tbs. oil.
Method
In a mixing bowl, mix together all the spices, yogurt and papaya and coat the beef evenly.
Leave to marinate for at least 5-6 hours or preferably overnight.
Either barbeque or oven bake until the meat is tender.
