Cabbage Sprouts

200g – shredded cabbage leaves
80g – sprouted moong
1 – onion
1 – tomato
Salt as per taste
1 tsp – turmeric powder
2 tsp – red chilli powder
2 tsp – dhania jeera powder
1 tsp – garam masala powder
Oil for cooking
1 cup – coriander leaves
Directions
In a pan heat oil and add the chopped onion.
Once the onion turns brown, add tomato puree
Add salt all the spices, mix well until the bubbles are formed
Add the shredded cabbage, sprouts and coriander leaves
Mix well cover with lid and cook until tender
