Capsicum onion gravy

2 – capsicum (green pepper), large
2 – onion, big
3 – tomato
1 – cinnamon, small piece
2 – cardamom
1 – karnphool (small)
1 tbsp – oil
Salt
4 – red chilli
10-12- curry leaves
Directions
In a pan heat oil, fry cardamom, karnphool and cinnamon lightly.
Remove allow to cool then grind to a powder.
Heat oil again and fry red chillies.
Add onions and fry until golden brown.
Meanwhile boil tomatoes in 2 cups of water.
Once it has boils, discard the water, cool the tomatoes and peel off skins
Now add chopped capsicum and fry, and then add salt.
Cool and grind it into a paste.
Grind boiled tomotoes separately.
Heat oil in a pan and curry leaves, onion capsicum paste.
After 5 minutes add ground tomato.
Add ground spices and cook for five more minutes.
