Carrot Halwa

6 – fresh carrot
200 ml – milk
1 cup – sugar
6 – badam
8 – cashewnuts
7 tbsp – ghee
Directions
Wash the carrots and grate them finely.
Heat 3 tbsp ghee in pan.
Add the grated carrot and sauté for 2 minutes.
Add milk and cook until the carrot is soft.
Meanwhile soak badam in hot water for five minutes.
Peel skin of the badam and then grind the badam and cashew in the mixer
Add it to the carrot mixture in the pan.
After the carrot absorbs all the milk, add sugar and mix well.
Add remaining ghee and remove from the heat.
