Chennai masala papad

1 packet – Aachi masala papad
enough oil for deep frying
100g – onions
1 bunch – pudina leaves
125g – tomato
Directions
Finley chop the onions, pudina/mint leaves, tomatoes and mix well together.
Heat oil in a pan, fry papads in oil until golden brown.
Spread with a thick layer of chopped tomatoes, onions and pudina leaves.
