Chicken Drumstick fry

4 – drumsticks (lightly scrapped and cut into 3 to 4 inch pieces or about 20 in number)
2 – onions, cut into small pieces
3 – green chillies, cut into small pieces
1 tsp – red chilli powder
1/4 tsp – turmeric powder
Salt
2 tbsp – oil
6-8 cloves – garlic, peeled, crushed roughly
1 tbsp – white til, dry fried and powdered
1 tbsp – dessicated coconut powder
1 tbsp – coriander powder (dry fried and powdered)
2 tsp – chopped coriander leaves
Directions
Boil drumsticks in just enough water with salt and haldi until soft (not mashed).
Drain water the water and keep to one side.
In a pan heat oil on a medium heat, then add onion, green chilli pieces and crushed garlic and a little salt.
Fry until the onion becomes soft and pink.
Add dhania powder, red chilli powder and drumsticks and mix well.
Simmer for 2 minutes.
Sprinkle coconut powder, til powder and chopped coriander. Mixing well cook for a further few minutes until the curry becomes dry.
