Chicken in Tomato Sauce

1/2 kg. chicken
3-4 tomatoes-chopped
1 onion-chopped
5-6 whole green chillies
1/2 tsp crushed black pepper (Kali Mirch)
1 tsp. salt (according to taste)
3 tbs. oil
1 tsp garlic (Lehsan) paste
1/2 tsp ginger (Adrak) paste
Method
In a pot add chicken, garlic, ginger and salt. Cover and cook on low heat until the water from the chicken has evaporated and chicken is half cooked.
Add the oil, tomato, green chilli and onion. Cover and continue cooking.
When the water evaporated and chicken is tender add the black pepper, stir and remove from heat.
