Chocolate rasmalai

250g – chenna (paneer made from cow`s milk)
3 tbsp – cocoa powder
2 tsp – powdered sugar
A few pieces of chocolate for stuffing
120 ml milk
250 ml rabri
Chocolate sauce as desired
Directions
Wash paneer well in water and hang in a muslin cloth until the water is drained.
Remove and gently knead the dough to mash the granules, if any.
Add cocoa powder and powdered sugar and knead again to obtain smooth dough.
Divide the dough into 8 equal portions, and stuff with a piece of chocolate.
Make lemon-sized balls.
In milk cook the balls for 5 minutes
Keep aside and allow to cool.
Now, pour the rabri into flat saucers or in stem glasses and place the chenna chocolate balls over the rabri.
