Coriander curry leaves chutney

2 big bunches – coriander
1 punch – curry leaves
salt to taste
3 tsp – urad dal
hing little
8 -9 red chilli
Directions
In a kadia heat some oil
Fry urad dal and red chilli and allow to cool
Clean and cut the coriander and curry leaves
Add salt, urad and red chilli, hing and some water
Grind well.
Heat 2 tsp oil, add mustard, ground paste
Cook on a low heat.
Mix it for 5 minutes
