Coriander thokku

2 – Big bunches coriander
Salt to taste
120g – gingelly oil
20g – red chilli
Asafoetida, a little
1 tsp – urad dal
Tamarind, a small lemon size
1 tsp – mustard seeds
Directions
Wash coriander and dry it on a clean kitchen towel
Add oil to a small kadai and fry red chilli, asafoetida and urad dal
In a mixer, first grind this masala, tamarind and then add coriander leaves and salt.
Heat 120 gms gingelly oil, add mustard seeds and ground paste
Cook for 7-8 minutes on a low flame.
Place it in an air tight container.
