Corn Halwa

160 g – corn
4 tsp – ghee
1/2 cup – milk
1 cup – sugar
1/2 tsp – cardamon powder
10 – saffron
2 tsp – chopped almonds and pistachios
12 – chopped fried cashew nuts
Directions
Grind corn in mixer to make a fine powder.
In a pan on a low heat, heat ghee, fry corn until golden brown and ghee leaves its sides.
Add milk and sugar and mix it continuously
After the halwa leaves its sides, add saffron, cardamom powder and dry fruits.
Remove from the heat
