Corn and potato cutlets

1 – corn cob, boiled and mashed lightly
4-5 – potatoes
1 tsp – coriander powder
1 tsp – cumin powder
Lemon juice, as per taste
1 tsp – red chilli powder
1 – chopped green chillies
1 tsp – chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Bread crumbs
Chaat masala
Oil for frying
Directions
In a pan boil the potatoes drain and mash.
Boil the corn and mash it lightly so as to retain its texture.
Take the mash potatoes and mix well with the boiled corn.
Add red chilli powder, chopped green chillies and coriander leaves, lemon juice, cumin and coriander powder along with salt.
Mix all together and knead, form into cutlets or patties shapes.
Roll each in the bread crumbs and deep fry until golden brown.
