Creamy Tomato Cutlet

4 – medium size tomato
1/2 cup – choped capsicum
1/2 cup -choped onion
1/2 cup – cheese
1 tbsp – cream
1 – boiled potato
1/2 cup – maida
1/2 cup – cornflour
1 cup – bread crumb
1/2 litre – oil for frying
1 cup – water
salt to taste
Directions
Peel the tomato. Cut the upper part of tomato and make a small hole.
In a bowl add capsicum, onion, grated cheese, cream, salt and mixing well.
Fill the tomato with this mixture.
Mash the potato and cover the tomato.
Make a thick paste using the maida, corn flour, water.
Dip the tomato in paste and roll in bread crumbs.
Fry tomato in oil until a golden brown.
