Curry Leaf Rice

4 cups cooked rice
1/2 cup curry leaves
1/2 tsp black pepper corns
1 tsp cumin seeds
4 tbsp oil or ghee
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp black gram (urad) dal
1 green chilli
salt to taste
Directions
In a tbsp of oil fry curry leaves.
Roast pepper corns and cumin with 1 tsp of oil.
Allow to cool and powder together.
Heat the remaining oil.
Add mustard seeds.
Once they splutter, add black gram dal.
When it turns brown, stir in green chilli.
Add rice, salt and curry leaf powder.
Mix well and remove from heat.
