Dal chutney

1/2 cup channa dal/Bengal gram dal
1/2 cup urad dal/black gram
Curry leaves
6 7- red chilli
Tamarind, a lemon sized
Coriander
Asafoetida
1/2 cup freshly grated coconut
Salt to taste
2 tbsp oil to fry
Directions
In a pan heat oil, add channa dal, urad dal, curry leaves, coriander, asafoetida, red chillies, tamarind and fry until golden brown.
Allow to cool
Add coconut, salt and grind in a blender with oil.
