Dal Kofta

For the kofta:
1 bowl mixture of soaked urad dal, yellow moong dal, chaana dal, tuvar dal
1 small bowl mixture of coriander leaves, spring onions, mint leaves
1 tsp. hot oil
Salt as per taste
Oil for frying
For the gravy:
1 onion
3 tomatoes
1 tsp. ginger garlic paste
Salt as per taste
1 tbsp. paste of Kofta
1 tbsp of cream
1/2 tbsp. of red chilli powder
1 tbsp. of dhania powder
1 tbsp. of roasted saunf, dhania, jeera powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Oil for cooking
Directions
Make a thick paste of the soaked dal.
Add salt as per taste, the mixture of coriander leaves, mint spring leaves and 1 tsp. of hot oil.
Mix well and make small balls and deep fry it.
In another pan and add 3 tbsps of oil.
Add the onion paste and fry it until it turns brown.
Add ginger garlic paste stirring well.
When the mixture turns brown add crushed tomatoes.
Add all the spices.
When the bubbles start forming add the kofta paste and cream and allow it to cook.
Then add 2 cups of water and keep cooking.
Add fried koftas. Allow to cook for 2 more minutes
