Desi spaghetti upma

1 box – short spaghetti
1 – small onion
2 – green chillies, finely chopped
8 cloves – garlic
1/2 cup – french style green beans (froxen is fine)
2 – carrots, big
Cabbage, a handful, shredded
1/4 cup – frozen peas
1/4 cup – frozen corn
1 – tomato
Curry leaves, coriander leaves
1/2 tsp – turmeric powder
Juice from 1 lemon
1 tbsp – oil for seasoning
1 tsp – jeera
Soy sauce
Directions
Cook spaghetti as per instructions.
Add the frozen vegetables the last few minutes of cooking.
Drain and keep aside.
Chop green chilli and garlic.
Slice onion, carrot and cabbage thinly.
In a wok heat oil on a medium heat,add jerra, green chillies and garlic.
Fry a little and then add the onion.
Add cabbage, tomato, once heated through, add pasta with the vegetables, and heat thoroughly, mixing well
Add salt, lemon juice, curry leaves and coriander leaves.
Add soy sauce before serving
