Drumstick Vada

4 to 5 – drumsticks (boil and extract the pulp)
Salt as per taste
1 tbsp of each Curry leaves/coriander/pudina,
Oil to deep fry
Flour Mix:
4 tbsp – gram flour
1 tbsp – rice flour (for crispiness)
1 tsp – chilli powder
2 tsp – coriander powder
Asafetida, a pinch
Turmeric powder, a pinch
Grinding Items:
6 pods – garlic
2cm x 2cm piece – ginger
10 – pepper corns
1 tsp full – cumin seeds
1/4 tsp – aniseed
Directions
In a bowl mix all the ingredients from the flour mix
Without using water grind all the items from grinding items into a paste.
Mix the paste well with the flour mix to vada mixing consistency.
Take a tbsp of the paste; make small vadas out of it.
Deep fry these vadas
