Eggplant Crispies

3 – eggplant
1 tbsp – rice flour
1/2 tbsp – corn flour
1/2 tsp – chilli powder
A pinch of turmeric powder
A small pinch of asafoetida
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
Directions
Slice the brinjal into thin circles.
In a bowl mix the other ingredients, add a little water to make a thick paste.
Coat both sides of the brinjals with the paste.
Shallow fry in hot oil.
