1 tangerine or orange
Handful of grapes
4-5 tbs. sugar
pinch of salt
1 tsp ground cumin seeds (Zeera)
1/2 tsp ground black pepper (Kali Mirch)
few drops of lemon juice or orange juice
Cut all the fruit into small pieces and place in a bowl.
Add the sugar, cumin, lemon/orange juice, salt and black pepper and mix well.
