Gond Panjeeri Ka Laddoo

500 g – wheat flour
125 g – gond (gum)
250 g – powdered sugar
300 g – ghee
1/4 tsp – powdered cardamom
100 g – chopped almonds
Directions
Place the gond in the sun to dry well.
Once dried grind it into chana dal sized pieces.
In a pan on a low heat, heat ghee and fry the gond.
When it has puffed fully, remove from ghee and keep aside.
Roast the flour in the remaining ghee until light brown.
Mix well the fried gond, powdered sugar, powdered cardamom and chopped almonds.
Divide the mixture into portions and shape each portion into a laddoo.
