Healthy Cabbage

2 cups – cabbage finely grated
1 – onion finely chopped
turmeric 1pinch
roasted gram dal( pottu kadalai) 1/2 cup
red chillies 2
asafoetida 1 pinch
garlic 7 cloves
saunf 1 tsp
salt to taste
oil 1 tespoon
Directions
Apart from the cabbage and onoin grind all the ingredients, keep aside.
Add oil to a pan, fry onion and cabbage add a very little water
Dry the vegetable completely, remove from the heat, add the powder you make.
Stir until mixed together.
