1 cup – tomato puree
2 – onion, finely chopped
1 – capsicum (cut in vertical pieces)
1 – carrot, finely chopped
2 – green chillies
12 – curry leaves
2 tbsp – cooking oil
Salt to taste
Soya sauce (optional)
Heat oil in a pan and add curry leaves and onion
Fry until the onions become soft bit not brown.
Stir in the capsicum, green chillies, carrot and fry for 5 minutes.
Add tomato puree, salt and cook.
Add soya sauce (optional) and idli.
Keep cooking for a further 5 minutes
