Instant Lemon Rasam

1/4 tsp – mustard seeds
2/3 cup – boiled tur dal
1 tbsp – lemon juice
1 tsp – rasam powder
1 cup – water
a pinch of asafoetida
A Pinch of turmeric
1 tsp – finely chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Directions
In a pan heat some oil.
Add the mustard seeds and allow it to splutter.
Apart from the lemon juice add all the other ingredients and bring to a boil.
Allow it to cool for 2-3 minutes and then add the lemon juice.
