Instant Mango pickle

300g – raw mango pieces
4 tbsp – mustard oil
1 tsp – asafoetida
50g – mustard seeds dal
50g – red chilli kashmiri powder
20g – salt
1/4 tsp – turmeric powder
Directions
Boil the mustard oil and keep aside to cool.
Take a bowl; add the mango pieces, mustard dal, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, asafoetida and salt. Mix well.
Pour over the mustard oil mixing well
