Jack fruit stuffed paratha

Wheat flour dough
1 piece raw jack fruit
1/2 cup channa dal
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
3/4 tsp mustard seeds
1 medium size onion
2 tbsp corainder powder
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Directions
Boil raw jack fruit and keep aside.
Boil channa dal until done and keep aside.
Mash jack fruit and channa dal well.
Take kadhai, add mustard seed, onion and ginger garlic paste.
Once it is done, add coriander powder, and stir for 2 minutes.
Mix with jack fruit and dal,
Add coriander leaves and salt mix well.
Take one ball of wheat flour dough and stuff it and roll into chapatti.
Roast on tawa.
