Kadale Bele Nuchchunde

1 cup – channa dal
1/4 cup – rice
1/4 cup – moong dal
1/2 cup – coriander & curry leaves (chopped)
3 – green chilly
1 spoon – ghee
1/4 spoon – sugar
1″ piece – ginger
Directions
Soak channa dal, rice and moong dal for 3 hrs.
Drain the water.
Grind the soaked mixture along with chilli and ginger, so that it is not soft.
Mix the sugar and chopped coriander and curry leaves in the grinded mixture.
Take the grinded mixture in your hand and close your fingers and make a stuff of it.
Press it such that the finger prints are there on the stuff.
Now take a flat bowl or plate and apply little quantity of ghee to it.
Place all the stuffs in the container.
Cook in a pressure cooker 10 minutes without putting the whistle.
