Kakarakai Ullikaram

3 – Bitter gourd
3 – medium-sized onions
6 – red chillies
1 1/2 tsp – cumin
Salt to taste
4 tbsp – oil
Directions
Into 2 pieces chop the bitter ground.
Make 2 slits on each side.
In a pan on a low heat, heat 2 tsp oil. Sauté the bitter ground.
Meanwhile grind onion, red chilli, cumin and salt to a coarse paste.
Stuff this onion paste in the sautéed bitter gourd and sauté on low flame again till done.
