Kurkure Samosa

For Filling:
100 g – mixed farsan (sev, ghatiya, paapdi, etc.)
1 tbsp – dessicated coconut
2 tbsp – roasted khuskhus
1 tbsp – roasted sesame seeds
a pinch of salt
1 tsp – red chiili powder
1 tsp – coriander powder
1/2 tsp – aamchur powder
For the dough:
250 g – maida
oil for frying
Directions
In a bowl mix all the ingredients for the filling together.
Knead the dough using maida, a pinch of salt and 1 tsp oil
Make into small balls; roll out into puris
Place in the filling, close in the shape of samosa and deep fry
