Liver

1/2 kg liver (lamb)
1 tsp. garlic (Lehsan) paste
1 tsp. ginger (Adrak) paste
1 tsp. salt (according to taste)
1/2 tsp. turmeric (Haldi) powder
1tsp. chilli (Lal Mirch) powder
3 tsp. yogurt
1 small tomato-chopped
1 small onion-chopped
1/2 cup fresh coriander (Dhaniya) leaves
2-3 green chilies-chopped
1 tbs. fenugreek (Methi) leaves (Kasuri)
2-3 tbs. oil
Method
In a pot sauté the onion until it becomes a light brown colour, add the spices, yoghurt and liver stirring well. Cook on a medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
