Low Fat Baked Puri

220 g – wheat flour
2 tsp – oil
1/2 tsp – salt
1/2 tsp – oil for greasing
Directions
Pre heat oven 200c
In a bowl mix all the ingredients together.
Knead into a stiff dough with water.
Keep for 10 minutes.
Divide dough into 50 equal portions and roll into rounds.
Prick each puri with a fork and arrange on a greased baking tray.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Cool and store in an air tight container.
