Mango Pickle

1 – Raw Mango which is hard
2 tbsp – Salt
2 tbsp – Red chilli powder
1 or 1.5 tsp – mustard (grind them into smooth powder)
Sesame or ground nut oil
Directions
Take a fresh raw mango (it should not be soft otherwise it will be sweet).
Wash and dry the mango.
Cut it into small pieces until only the hard part is left.
In a bowl add the mango pieces, salt, red chilli powder and rye seed powder, giving a good mix.
Slowly little by little add 5 tbsp of oil.
Mix well and leave overnight.
