Minty pulao

250g – basmati rice
500g – mint leaves
500g – coriander leaves
2 to 3 – green chillies
1 tsp – roasted jeera
1/4 tsp – aamchur powder
Salt as per taste
A pinch of hing
Directions
Cook the rice as instructed on packet and keep to one side
With the mint, coriander, green chillies, cumin seeds make a paste
Heat 2 tbsp butter in a pan, add a pinch of hing, and add the green paste
Once the paste starts bubbling, add the rice, salt, aamchur powder and mix well.
