Mixed dal

1/2 cup – tur dal
1/2cup – moong dal
1/4 cup – groundnut (soak the groundnuts overnight)
10 pods – garlic
2 tsp – ginger, chopped
6-8 – red chilli
Salt to taste
1 – onion
1 tsp – mustard
1 – tomato
Coriander leaves
2 tsp – oil
Directions
Overnight soak the groundnut
Soak the dals an hour before cooking
In a pressure cooker, cook all the dals.
Chop onion and tomato.
Heat oil in a pan; add mustard seeds and red chillies
Fry until seeds crackle.
Add onion, tomato, salt and garlic and cooked dals.
