Moar milagai or dahi mirchi

12 – firm green chillies
1 cup – curd/yogurt
1 tsp – salt
Directions
Wash and wipe the firm green chillies.
Mix the salt to the curds and beat it to a smooth consistency.
Slit the chillies lengthwise.
De-seed the chillies
Soak chillies in curds for about 3 to 4 days.
Remove the chillies from the curds and dry in hot sun.
Put them back in the vessel with the curd at night.
Repeat the process for about 3-4 days.
Store these in an air tight container.
