Multipurpose peanut chutney

250g – peanuts/ground nuts (dry fried and peeled)
Salt
7-8 peeled garlic cloves
1 tsp cumin/jeera
8-9 red chillies
2 tbsp – desiccated coconut powder
1 tbsp – sesame/til
Directions
In a pan dry fry the jerra, red chillies and til.
Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Once cool mix in the remaining ingredients and grind to a fine powder.
Keep in a air tight container.
