Mushroom Soup

18 button mushroom
1 – onion
1/2 of a small capsicum
Butter/olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Directions
Wash and chop the mushrooms, onion and capsicum.
In a pan heat butter/olive oil
Add the chopped onions; fry them until they turn translucent.
Add the mushrooms and capsicum, sauté it well.
Add 2 cups of water cover the pan and allow it to cook.
Once the mushrooms have cooked, turn off the heat and allow it to cool.
Strain the water, grind them in the blender and filter using the same water we have strained.
Add this filtered puree in the pan, along with salt and stir it gently.
When it starts to boil, turn off the heat.
Sprinkle some pepper.
