Mysore Pak

1 cup – gram flour
2 cups – sugar
2 cups – ghee
2 tsp – cardamom powder
Directions
Fry the gram flour until the raw smell is gone.
Boil ghee, sugar, elachi powder with half cup of water.
Once it starts boiling nicely, add one tablespoon of milk. Once the milk starts boiling nicely lower the heat.
Add the gram flour and mix well until it becomes thick and does not stick to the vessel.
As soon as bubbles appear, pour out on to a plate and shake the plate lightly to even out the mixture.
Allow it to dry.
After 30 minutes cut into pieces.
