Naan

6 cups maida (white flour)
6 tsp. milk powder
200 grm. oil or margarine
1 cup evaporated milk
5 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
3 tsp. yeast
Method
Pre heat oven at 350
In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients and knead into dough.
Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and leave at room temperature for 3-4 hours.
Then divide it evenly into 12 parts.
Roll out into flat chapatti which is as thick as a pizza crust.
Pre heat oven at 350
Bake in the oven until golden brown.
