Nutri Adai

1 cup – mixed sprouts
1/4 cup – oats
1/4 cup – soaked chana dal
1 tbsp – corn flour
1 – onion, finely chopped
3 – green chillies and ginger chopped
1/4 tsp – hing
chopped coriander a handful
Salt to taste
Directions
Coarsely grind soaked chana dal, mixed sprouts and oats with some water.
Place in a bowl and add finely chopped onion, chilly, ginger and coriander leaves, hing, corn flour and salt and mix well.
Leave to one side for 10 minutes.
Heat a tawa and spread some oil.
Place a spoonful of the batter in the middle and spread slightly. Sprinkle some oil on the top.
Cook on both the sides until crisp.
