Nutritious thotakura bonda

125g thotakura (amaranth leaves)
250g besan/gramflour
2 tbsp rice flour
5-6 green chillies, very finely chopped
1 -# onion, medium, chopped fine
Salt
Oil for deep frying
2 pinches baking soda
1/4 inch ginger, chopped fine
2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
Directions
Wash the thotakura leaves and stalks.
Then chop them into fine pieces and keep to one side.
Apart from the oil mix the other entire ingredient together. Add the greens.
On a medium heat, heat the oil and fry lemon size balls of the mix until golden brown.
Remove onto paper napkins to absorb excess oil.
